Mrs. Zarin Daruwala is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 25 years of experience in the Banking/Investment Banking industry. She joined the ICICI Group in 1989 and has worked in various departments such as resources, corporate planning, investment banking & corporate banking. She has held leadership positions in various fields including corporate finance and agri-business.

Presently Zarin is the President at ICICI Bank responsible for managing the Wholesale Banking business of the Bank. The Wholesale Bank comprises Corporate Banking, Project Finance, Financial Institutions, Capital Markets, Government Banking, PSU Banking and banking with MNCs.

Her portfolio (including fund based and non-fund based) is about USD 50 billion. In addition to her responsibility as President, Zarin serves on the Board of Directors of a couple of ICICI group companies.

Zarin is responsible for maintaining the Bank's relationship with top promoters of corporate India. She has won various accolades and awards including the CA Business Achiever award by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and in the past she has featured in the Business Today list of 30 most powerful women in Indian business.
